In some moment of our life we all have been in a workout journey. Some didn't just start, but continued it and made it a part of their life where as some quitted along the way due to constant decline and progression. Starting a journey requires a new environment to begin, but being in it demands mental resilience because we know that there are always ups and down in a journey, be it in fitness or in official work.
Now the question arises – “How to build that mind set an order to cultivate mental residence and to overcome the challenge is which we face in the journey?”.
People talk about “fitness motivation”. I don't believe that! Motivation is just a spark but the real flame is because of the fuel inside, as there are many ways to light a fire. You had the spark in you due to which you began, now you don't need any fitness motivation. What you need is to stay consistent with your work out plan. Remember this simple point that even if you are not always disciplined but consistent, then you will surely improve over time. Make a proper plan of your workout, answer every “why” for what you do. It will bring clarity and will bring good result. One more important point is ‘manifest’. Talk to your own self positively and tell yourself that you can do it there were many who did it before you and you can also do it just like them it will improve mental toughness level. Don’t set big goals if reaching them seems to be a dream, making you feel underconfident! Set small achievable goals, which will help to build confidence and bring improvement over time.

How to build positive mindset??
For example- Your goal is to do weighted push up with 40 kgs on your back, but you struggle even with 10 kgs. This might demotivate you and make you feel under confident. So, let just start doing push ups with 10 repetition with 3 kgs on your back and gradually make it up to 40 kgs. This will surely take time. Jumping directly to 40 will not lead to positive thinking.
In short:
GRADUAL INCREASE >INSTANT INCREASE
Remember, every small progress will make you more confident. So, trust in your progress, take each day as it comes and accept the fact that the inner strength is fitness will grow with every small and consistent step.
BELIEVE YOURSELF, YOU CAN DO IT!!

Be happy with what you have,
work harder
for what you want.
